Aignep

The Italian company Aignep was founded in 1976 and under this name it existed for 16 years, during which it produced solenoid valves, shut-off valves for use in industrial oil and water systems. At the turn of the 80-90s, the manufacturer expanded production by investing in the development and production of fittings for household and industrial use. In 1992, when the merger with the Bugatte company took place, there were changes in the structure and policies of the company, which brought even more prominence. Office centers in Europe (Spain, France, Switzerland), as well as the USA and Brazil were added to the head office in Italy. In 1996, the Ainep / Bugatte company opened a representative office in Russia - LLC Bugatti.

The reconstruction of the enterprise was aimed at:
